Domestic Orders
Please do allow 5 business days to process your order before shipment.
90% of domestic orders are processed and shipped by the next business day. However, due to stock variations and the number of submitted orders it may take a few days longer to fill some orders.
Most domestic orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail which we have found is the quickest way to send your order. Heavier orders are sent by UPS ground service which takes up 5 business days to be delivered. We reserve the right to choose the carrier to send your order in the most expedient way.
The VADAGAMA is located in California, so orders to the eastern portion of the country may take up to a week for delivery.
Shipping Rates (USA Only )
Up to 3 items may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.00
4 to eight items may fit in a Priority Mail box for a flat rate of $10.00
Otherwise we ship via UPS Ground by weight, plus a $2.00 handling fee.

Return Policy: No returns accepted nor replacements made of any items after 30 days from shipment. Please contact the order department before returning any items.
International Orders
Please allow 5 business days to process your order for shipment.
No money orders. Bank cheques or drafts in U.S. in dollars drawn on a US bank only please.
We are unable to predetermine the shipping costs to many countries around the world due to the large variance of postal costs.
For shipments outside the U.S. the customer will be emailed a request for their approval of the adjusted shipping costs, if the adjustment is more than ten dollars than the rate shown. If we have not received customer approval by reply email within two weeks the order will be assumed to be canceled.
For those customers using a @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com email address, please check your email frequently for notification.
We send international orders by airmail unless other arrangements are made.
Please be advised that we cannot anticipate any delay that may occur with Customs. Nor, can we offer any information about whether or not your order will incur and be charged duty; simply because we do not know what the policies and laws are regarding the various customs policies of the many countries.
Surface mail is available; however, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items if this service is requested without insurance.
